Jill earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Regina in 2009 before continuing on to earn her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan in 2011. Since then, she has worked with a variety of patients in the private practice setting, taking special interest in shoulder, hip and low back injuries. She has pursued certifications in manual therapy, dry needling and functional movement to ensure her patients receive the most up to date treatments. In 2016, Jill expanded her area of practice to include pelvic health. She is passionate about working with patients during pregnancy and the postpartum stage, as well and those dealing with incontinence and pelvic pain. She strongly believes in the positive change treatment, exercise, and education can make in the quality of life for all her patients. Tristyn is passionate about partnering with patients to best support them in returning to the activities that are most meaningful to them whether that be participating in recreational or competitive sports, gardening, playing with your children, or increasing the ease of completing daily tasks. Tristyn is able to treat orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries, and she has also completed additional certifications to specialize in pelvic health physiotherapy. This includes the treatment of urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain.
Tristyn is intentional to consider the unique values and goals of each patient. Her treatment approach is grounded in educating patients on the nature of their condition and appropriate management strategies. Tristyn believes in using an active approach to recovery that is supported with appropriate supplemental treatments such as manual therapy and other evidenced based interventions. Ultimately, Tristyn strives to empower patients as they seek to get back to what they love to do.
Outside of the clinic, Tristyn enjoys riding horses in a sport called dressage, running recreationally, and she can often be found enjoying a cone of ice cream from any of Calgary’s fine ice cream establishments, regardless of the season or temperature.

Originally from Calgary, Jamie moved to Edmonton to complete her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta. Following the completion of this degree, she moved to the UK to pursue a post-graduate degree in physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. Jamie completed her Master’s degree in 2012, and after enjoying several months of travel, she returned to Calgary to start her professional career.
Jamie has since become passionate in the specialized field of Women’s Pelvic Health. She gained a healthy respect for this area of physiotherapy practice during her first pregnancy. Jamie has a keen interest in treating incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, dyspareunia (pain with intercourse), and helping pre-and postpartum women return to their symptom-free daily activities and sports.
Jamie has been involved in advanced education regarding the specific needs of pregnant and postpartum women. She has worked closely with urogynecologists and has gained an advanced awareness of surgical procedures and gynecology. She has also been very fortunate to have been involved in extensive pelvic health mentorship. Jamie’s gentle demeanor and kind heart make her well-suited towards this intimate area of physiotherapy practice.
Jamie has been working in private practice since she returned to Alberta in 2012, and has completed several courses including K-taping, dry needling (also known as IMS), orthopedic division levels one and two, and ongoing advanced orthopedic development. Ashley graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2011 and from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Health Sciences degree in 2009.
In the last 11 years she has worked in private practice and has honed her manual therapy skills; becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Association of Manipulative Therapy (FCAMPT) in 2018. Ashley never thought she would be a pelvic health physio - but after an eye opening course, she realized it was an important piece of the puzzle in many clients with low back and pelvic pain. Since then, she has continued to treat both musculoskeletal and pelvic health clients with a mix of hands on treatment, education, exercise and dry needling.
