Ashley graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2011 and from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Health Sciences degree in 2009.

In the last 11 years she has worked in private practice and has honed her manual therapy skills; becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Association of Manipulative Therapy (FCAMPT) in 2018. Ashley never thought she would be a pelvic health physio - but after an eye opening course, she realized it was an important piece of the puzzle in many clients with low back and pelvic pain. Since then, she has continued to treat both musculoskeletal and pelvic health clients with a mix of hands on treatment, education, exercise and dry needling.

Outside of work, Ashley loves to stay active in the mountains - especially if it involves chasing her nieces and her dog Lenny.
